Ceramic Division

Allegheny Contract’s Ceramic Tile Division has developed into a full-service commercial entity. Our union labor force excels in the installation of ceramic, porcelain, glass, quarry and stone tile. Additionally, we specialize in mud set substrates, interior waterproof membranes and stone countertops.

We have successfully completed projects in the educational, pharmaceutical, hospitality, institutional, corporate and medical markets. Collectively, we offer over fifty years of management experience in the tile industry. We complement Allegheny’s Design Consultation and Floor Preparation Departments in meeting the versatile demands of today’s project requirements.

Ceramic & Quarry

Ceramic and quarry tiles are usually made of kiln-fired clay. They are most often glazed for durability and are an excellent choice for medium-traffic areas.

Porcelain

Porcelain tiles have a fine, super-hard finish. They come in a variety of finishes and are highly wear-resistant, making them suitable for any application.

Glass

This contemporary tile choice is often made of recycled material, so they are a great option when sustainability is paramount. They are available in a multitude of sizes, shapes and finishes.
